Wayne McClammy kicked off his directing career filming comedy segments for Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC. After creating dozens of viral sketches for Kimmel, Wayne went on to direct the hit 'I’m F***ing Matt Damon', which earned him an Emmy Award. He has since written and sold five feature films, all of which are currently set up at major studios.
Since joining Hungry Man, Wayne has directed multinational campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands, including Nike, Call of Duty, Verizon, Geico, Madden, and many others.
This consistently outstanding body of work has led Wayne to win awards at virtually every major advertising ceremony, including The One Show, Clio Awards, D&AD, the AICP Awards, and dozens of Cannes Lions. In recent years, Wayne McClammy has directed eight Super Bowl spots featuring major stars.
One of those commercials, Amazon’s 'Alexa Loses Her Voice', received two British Arrows, four Clio Awards, an AICP Award, a Cannes Lion, three Shots Awards, and an Emmy nomination. The spot was also ranked the number one Super Bowl ad on USA Today’s Ad Meter.
