Daniel, a German-Austrian raised in the Swiss Alps, and Szymon, from Poland, began their creative careers as a duo in 2006 at Jung von Matt in Hamburg. In 2008, they moved to BBH London, where they were appointed to the agency board in 2012. From 2014 to 2021, they served as creative directors at Wieden+Kennedy in Amsterdam, leading global accounts. In 2022, they returned to Jung von Matt as Partners and Chief Creative Officers—marking the end of their agency careers and the beginning of their directing journey in 2025.

They have won numerous awards, including multiple Grands Prix, Golds, Silvers, Arrows, and Pencils, and their work has been featured in MoMA’s permanent collection. Projects they helped create have influenced culture and been covered by leading media outlets such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Time magazine.
